Aircon Routine Maintenance

At Tech-V, our scope of servicing includes checking of outdoor condensers and brushing of the condenser coil. 

It is important that have a regular check on the outdoor condensers to check for any abnormalities such as high-ampere running compressors. If the condensers are overheated, heat transfer will be loss resulting in the compressors to be overheated. 

A faulty spare part may also be a reason why the fan speed of the condenser is much slower than usual. The speed of the fan blade may slow down due to the wear and tear of the part and hence compressor will have to generate more power in order to maintain the cooling power of the indoor units.
