Chemical Flushing - Ceiling Cassette

Take a look at the whole process of chemical flushing a ceiling cassette unit. 

At Tech-V, we have more than 20 years of experience in the air-con industry. 


Unscrew the connecting joints of the ceiling cassette. 


Dismantling the P.C.B (Electrical Circuit Board).




Dismantling the blower of the ceiling cassette.


Dismantling the fan motor of the ceiling cassette. 



Cooling coil is dismantled from the air-con system. 


Different components of the air-con ceiling cassette. 


Using Kracher high water pressure jet to wash away the clogged dusts and dirt with chemical.


Brushing of the parts with a brush with chemical- alkaline that is manufactured in Singapore. 


Using high pressure water jet to flush out the clogged dusts in the cooling coil. It will result in better air flow. 


Parts are cleaned after chemical flushing.

Using vacuum cleaner to clean and blow away accumulated debris and dusts on the electrical components. 


Drying the components using Bosch vacuum cleaner to ensure electrical boards are being protected from the water. 




Reassembling the parts back into the ceiling cassette. 



Reinstalling back the ceiling cassette back!
