Common Issues of Aircon
1) Water Leaking
After switching on the aircon for a few hours, water starts to drip. This may be a sign where the drainage pipe is clogged. If the fancoil internal coil is also chocked, water leaking may occur as well.
2) Noisy FanCoil
The fan motor of the fancoil may experience wear and tear after a certain period of usage. Hence, aircon may become noisy which makes it difficult for home owners to sleep.
3) Aircon Not Cold
There are many reasons behind aircon not cold and one of them is refrigerant leakage. It can also be refer as "gas leak". To detect an exact gas leak, we will need to conduct a pressure test to find out where is the leak point. If the outdoor compressor breaks down, the aircon will also not be cold as well.
